The firm is ran by the Director, Imran Ramzan who has years of experience in the claims industry and is both an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (ACILA). Imran along with a network of associates has vast experience in all areas of the claims cycle.

Imran previously work for a global firm of Loss Adjusters where he was part of the Major and Complex loss team and was responsible for handling complex and high value losses in both commercial and household insurance policies underwritten by most UK insurers. Imran also worked at a global insurer where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the claims system including claims management, supply chain, supplier management, innovation and training.
